We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our Products. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or any other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Products at any time without notice.

You agree to provide accurate payment information. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, which will be listed on the Site.
PRE-ORDER & DEPOSITS
Your Pre-Order full payment or deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in ALL circumstances unless SW cancels the product, in which case, SW will refund all deposits within 30 days.
Devilery dates are only an estimate and are subject to change without notice. Because our goal is to make the most accurate prop replica of the original prop, the estimated delivery date can vary greatly.
All updates will be sent via e-mail. Please make sure that your e-mail address is always current in your account profile.
If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service BEFORE placing your Pre-Order.
You agree to provide accurate payment information. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, which will be listed on the Site.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship your Order promptly. Shipping times may vary based on location and availability. Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy provides information on how to return Products and obtain refunds. By purchasing from our Site, you agree to comply with this policy.
Refund Policy
You may return items sold and fulfilled by SW for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date (NOT THE DATE THAT YOU ULTIMATELY DECIDE TO UNPACK THE PRODUCT.) Please contact Customer Service for instructions on how to return your product. Items must be returned to the original point of purchase, with all components, accessories and printed materials, in the original product packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, or you received an incorrect or defective item, see Limited Warranty details below). Note that the shipping policy may differ from retainer to retailer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
